How old were you when you first decided to write fiction?

When Theresa's not reading submissions, she's reading:
- "The Godfather" by Mario Puzo. Love the movies. Figured it's time to read the books.
- "Memoirs of a Physician" by Alexandre Dumas. Help! My reading list has been taken hostage by the ancien regime!
- "Queen of Fashion" by Caroline Weber. Marie Antoinette refuses to wear a corset, scandalizing Versailles and giving birth to the hoydenish, corsetless romance heroine stereotype.
- "Cecilia, or Memoirs of an Heiress" by Fanny Burney. I hear she was Jane Austen's favorite writer.
- "Love and Louis XIV" by Antonia Fraser. This promises to be a fascinating read.
What Alicia is reading....
- See, I have to have a book in each room and also in the car, just in case
- The Letters of Noel Coward-- This made me ashamed of my own letters, which aren't very clever and so seldom drip with vitriol!
- The whole Brother Cadfael (Ellis Peters) series-- re-reading, actually
- The Stuff of Thought, by Stephen Pinker-- how thought and language interact
- A Tragic Legacy by Glenn Greenwald, one of the best bloggers out there....
- Les Edgerton's writing book on Voice
